My family rented with Rathbun Realty this past year. My husband was transferred for his job to another city on short notice (we had about 1 week to find a home in El Paso, and move). With all the rushing, we were unable to get the house cleaned to the way we wanted. Rathbun charged us cleaning on our move-out, which was understandable because we did leave the house a dirty. Even through all this, Rathbun was very pleasant. If we ever get transferred back to Tucson, we will use Rathbun Realty again.
