I have had a horrible experience with this place. They put my dog on special food for allergies that I had to order thru them. In the past 6 months they have "forgot" to order it for me 3 times. Which forced me to take it upon myself to order online. Not to mention her skin would break out and I would have to then make an appt for Prednizone and allergy medicine. Wait time is also extremely long. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes after your app time. And not just once in a while for an emergency-Every Time. Today I tried to get my very sick dog in, and they couldn't see me. Overall, I am so upset at this place because my dog is part of my family. Called around and another Vet is seeing my dog 1st thing this morning. Called Watt Ave to have my dog's records faxed and they threw a fit saying that the new vet didn't need her records because the problem isn't "ongoing". Don't take your animals here!!!! They don't seem to care when it comes right down to it.
