I have never written a review before - always looking for the brighter side. I read the other reviews before going, but went anyway... only to have the same bad service. There was only 1 truck in front of me when I pulled up, but it still took 45 minutes to run it through, and then I had to pull into a parking lot and finish drying it and cleaning the wheel covers. The car is only 2 months old - it wasn't even that dirty yet!
