We brought our car in for the state emissions/safety testing. Although this was done on time, we were told our brakes needed to be worked on. We were given 1 1/2 hour window for this to be done. We return after 1 1/2 hour and our car hasn't even been looked at. The man at the front desk said he expected it to be in a 1/2 hour later. We went home, while he said he would call us 1/2 hour later to let us know where it was at. He never called. We called him back 45 mins later and the car still hadn't been looked at, but he promised it would get done that day. So, our whole day was wasted waiting for the car. All we want is our car to be worked on during a promised window of time & a phone call if we are told we will get one.
