Bought Scabal three-suit package with shirts - should have walked when they said they were adding $400 to advertised price for "shipping." Suits came later than promised (I'm not in NY), were poorly made with ill-fitting linings and sub-standard fabric - and didn't fit at all! They didn't return my calls/emails. Went back in person for re-tailoring and to fix botched linings -- they messed that up too --and then tried to charge me for shipping suits back to me. Got some $ refunded to partially offset shipping and cost of retailoring near my home. I'm 6'6" and have had many custom suits over the years, but this was the worst clothes purchasing -- actually, make that consumer experience -- of my life.
