on valentines day 2010 my wife and i took delivery of a bobs king size bed mans chest dresser and night stand what a nightmare the bed was broken by the delivery personell(if you can call them that) it started ok till about an hour in when i went upstairs to check in on them, seemed to be taking a while and they were looking at my broken bed support ,this bed has under bed storage and needed proper support before they attempted to put on the head and foot boards well a call to their customer disservice department told me i had to go to the store myself and pick up a set of bedrails ,standard ones not the ones for our bed, if we wanted to sleep on our bed that night what ?? they broke th ebed and I have to get the part? they refused to send out anyone to deliver and install these parts and i had to wait 2 weeks to get the correct parts delivered and installed they refused any refund and the idiot on the other end was far less than helpful plus th ebed has a "gully" in the center i had
