Able roofing took advantage of the elderly couple that lived in the house before us, who couldn't get up in the attic to look at their work (the man had dementia). We have the receipt of their work, so we know they did it. In order to fix the water heater exhaust pipe going through our attic, they duct taped a messy joint and charged them $300. Wish I could post the picture of it here for you to see their shoddy work.
