I had the worst grooming experience EVER!! I took in my Australian Labradoodle to get a shaggy and natural cut and brought a photograph to make sure the groomer knew what I wanted. Instead of a trim, she SHAVED him There are several raw and pink spots and he is now susceptible to sunburn and looks AWFUL\r

Please do not use this groomer. She did not listen and even knew I would be upset but continued to shave and not call me! \r

She lacks listening skills, professional conduct and grooming knowledge.
