I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday night at 8:58 PM. I called other companies but Roto-Rooter was the only compnay where I talked to a "live" person. By 9:35 they had someone at my residence. By 10 the problem was diagonosed and by 10:20 it was resolved. The technician was very professional and very thorough inresolving the problem. \r

If i have issues again, Roto-Rooter will be called.
