We got married here on May 22,2010, Our ceremony was OK but after......my guests were forced to wait outside in the snow because the room where we were having the reception wasn't ready!!! The staff was called in at the last minute and were rushing around trying to set up! In addition to that, we were not provided with centerpieces, they lost some decorations that we bought, lied about the table arrangement (which forced us to squish our guests in at other tables), they ruined the cake, my husband was asked to set chairs out for our guests and there was never a coordinator! We did NOT get what we paid for and they are refusing to give us a partial refund. They are very unorganized and unless you want to feel embarrassed in front of your guests and ripped off, DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!!!\r
