Babette's is the only Hampton's restaurant that has a wide selection of vegetarian dishes as well as organic beef and free range chicken.
the restaurant is already pretty well known for their brunch but the dinner menu is terrific...especially the Scallops and the Chicken....also, from time to time they have grass fed steaks on the menu as well
Great martinis...the wine list could be better....but the restaurant is a clear winner....
Pros: fresh, organic ingredients, great variety of cuisine
Cons: can be a wait for a table daytime on weekends
