victor and his crew were absolutely wonderful! more soiled areas and stains were removed than i ever thought possible. victor is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me before they got started. eloy and jose were eqally professional, and cleaned up every bit of residual after the job was complete. our rugs look close to new again....i am more than pleased and will be using the company on a semi-anual basis from now on! thanks, guys!
