Terry called 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to confirm. He was very personable, explained the process, measured and gave me a firm quote of the cost. He answered my questions and clearly explained what I could expect, and most importantly what the cleaning might not be able to remove completely and why. He was efficient and thorough. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
