Capitol Auto Body is an A-number-1 body shop in my eyes. They tell you what they are going to do, they do what they say, and they do a little more. I don't care if it is a year later, if you go back to them with something that is not right, Louie will fix it, and you probably won't see a bill. And he does not give you the runaround or point blame, he just does the job he is paid to do.
He tells you what he is going to do and he sticks to the time frame. If there is a problem beyond his means, like waiting for parts, he will call you and let you know. He is pretty good at curbing problems before they become problems. I was a customer representative for a lot of years, and I know service is the remember one way to build a business. I recommend them everyone I know. If you have a problem with your paint or an accident, go to Capitol Auto Body. They will do anything to assist you.
