The Martini Sky Bar at the Beacon is one of the best hidden treasures in DC. The ambiance, views, and delicious cocktails make the Sky Bar a great place to unwind and catch up. I've hosted a ton of small and larger events there, and have been lucky that DC summer heat has lended us a breeze every time. On the drink menu, my favorite is ""The Roya.""
