I took my car there on may 3 2010, I had been waiting for the insurance to kick in they told me I wouldnt have to worry about a rent a car deductible or problems. I called them on may 7 and told them I didint want them to fix my car they told me they had already order parts for the car at the time i didint think of how could they have started with out the insurance gone to go see it. So I left it their, then they called me askin that if I had the key to the car after the insurance looked at the car they gave me a price then they said the compressor was wrong with it and had to get a supplement well comes to no they never changed the compressor out its still the original one, I took them the factory grill for my car and they said they would deduct it ffom my total and they never did and kept the money then on the day of the pick up to get my car they state that the engine was locked on my car and they never realized it so now I been with out a car for over amonth and they have not paid the days on the rent a car, they did not let me take my car till I paid them the total and they did not give me a shop invoice or nothing they said the insurance estimate was the invoice and then I had to take my car to dodge and still without a car or a rent a car.
