Overall apts ok. However, management is horrible I have never in all my years wittnessed a manager who when she see resdnts coming she runs the other way if she had a rock she run for cover all do to her guilty conscience fora crappy job. until that problem is fixd this apts will continue to go down. Don't waste you time moving to 777 Bateswd or any othr apts run by shengraamco.
