My husband and I wanted a simple gate at the top of our stairs. The railings were iron so, we called Raulli and Sons. Let's just say I should've shopepd around. The gate is OK (that is the best I can say). They told me it would take 8-12 weeks. At week 15 I CALLED THEM to see where the gate was. They told me next week (week 16) they could install. When they came to install it was THE WRONG DESIGN & DIDN'T FIT. The installer (who was very nice) wouldn't even try to install it. He took new measurements and was on his way. I called the next day to see how long it would take this time. I was told ANOTHER 8-12 weeks. With some pleading it was down to four weeks. So, on week 20 we finally received our gate. You better believe they weren't late in sending the bill! What a nightmare. I would never use these guys again.
Pros: Friendly installer.
Cons: LATE, poor communication, overpriced, mediocre quality
