Our salesman (Harlan) was extremely patient with me. He is very knowledgable about TV's in general and knows his products well. He could easily have dismissed us as ""tire kickers"" but he did not. You won't go wrong buying there. Any negative comments about this store were probably posted by their competition.... I have just read ALL of the reviews and am now certain that all of the negative reviews were written by their competition. I have never walked into the store without immediate attention and have always been approached with great attitudes from the salesmen. Just for the record - I don't look like a qualified customer. I look a bit like a street bum (on purpose of course). I have always been treated with respect at A & B TV. Also - Leroy (Top-notch set-up tech) and Justin were in and out of our place in short order and very curteous while in our home.
Pros: Always willing to take the time to answer q's.
