Great Food, Great Shakes, But Service is Pathetic 7/12/2010

First, let's go ahead and get the good part out of the way. The food IS great, at least what I got was. The burger isn't the best I've ever eaten but it's pretty high on the list. The fries were good but not great. If you want a really good burger it's a great place to go--but make sure you have a LOT of time before you go. It took 45 minutes for my food to get to me, including waiting for 15 minutes before I could even place my order because I had to wait for a grand total of about 2 different orders before mine. This isn't a place you can run through on your lunch hour, your lunch break will be over with before you ever see your food. I was beginning to wonder if they had to kill the cow and pick the potatoes for my dinner after I ordered, it took so long. The place is staffed by teenage girls who have no earthly idea what they're doing when it comes to the drive-thru. On my only other visit I ordered a milkshake. Shouldn't be something you can screw up right? Well, they managed to find a way to screw the order up...not once...not twice...but THREE TIMES. And there was nothing special-ordered about it. That was at the drive-thru. One thing about the time I got the burger and fries, the order was right even though I special-ordered it. Bottom line: if you have a LOT of free time and want a great burger, it's a good choice, but whatever you do, don't go through the drive-thru, and don't go if you're remotely close to have to be in a hurry unless you just want a milkshake. But remember, avoid the drive-thru at all costs. If you're looking for someplace faster, try Cracker Barrel (that alone should tell you something). Pros: Great burgers and great milkshakes, fries are pretty good to Cons: Terrible service, drive-thru is pathetic, slower than snails more
