My almost new Samsung LCD went on the fritz. Past warranty, of course. I could not find any help with Samsung and my internet searches left me without any viable solutions. Basically, I learned that a repair would cost at least $1000. I was seriously resigned to perhaps having to replace it. A $1000 LCD would be nice but not as nice as the $2000 one that broke. Anyhow, I found Dean's online, called and spoke directly to Dean. I opted to take my TV in. He helped me carry it in, gave me assurances that he could fix it but that there could be a delay on getting the part.. While I was there the UPS guy came in and it was obvious that Dean and he had developed a great rapport. Dean gave me a discount and a price and said he'd call later that day. He called in a few hours and said it was done. I went in to pick it up, he did an in-store test and then helped me load it again.\r
Dean's is the best. Given how these flat screens go down and how lousy the warranties are, Im keeping Dean's phone number handy!
Pros: Fair service, fast, honest
