I have great news for those who are missing David Silva Fitness on Arthur Godfrey. Unfortunately, David had to close the gym about a year and a half ago and someone else has taken over the space.
However, I found David again. He is now training at David Barton Gym. I am very excited as David has been the best trainer I haver ever had. I have never met anybody so dedicated to his clients. I trained with him during my pregnancy and I highly recommend him for specialized situations. He is very familiar with the limitations and restrictions you may have during pregnancy and doesn't let you take unnecessary risks.
There are not a lot of people I would trust my health and my daughter's with, but David is definitely on the list.
