I got 3 different quotes. Circle City quoted the cheapest. I asked if there were any other charges besides the rate charge. Kaiser said Nope. I asked if I would be charged the travel time/mileage from his facility to my location. Kaiser said, Nope..the clock starts when the movers arrive at my door. Kaiser kept getting my information incorrect and called a dozen times...first with the wrong move date, then about the directions to my home....he kept trying to sell me on wardrobe boxes, which I repeatedly told him I didn't need. The day of the move, the 2 guys were very slow compared to other times I've moved, and this time I had less furniture. And I'm not sure why it took them over an hour to get to my new location...it should only take 45 minutes. When they gave me the bill, I was shocked at the ""hidden"" charges. I called Kaiser, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even speak with me...he had the owner, Patty, talk with me. She was even more rude and unprofessional. Too bad for the drivers...I usually tip well, but unfortunately they work for dishonest people so they didn't get a tip. But maybe they ""took their tip"" in the extra slow time they took. Next time I'll use Two Men And A Truck. I've used them twice. They're honest, reliable, and professional. Circle City should be put out of business!
Pros: Showed up on time.
Cons: Lied on their quote. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.
