Their staff, Ashley in particular, was incredibly helpful! Modeling the earrings, suggesting settings, and not trying to sell too hard. I bought two pair of diamond earrings for my wife, of which she lost one...of each! They honored their upgrade policy and let me trade in each of the remaining earrings for 70% of their original value in order to get (yet) another pair of diamond earrings. I will always shop there just for this!
