Used to take one of our four cars to the 620 location once a week. Last two time I took a vehicle to them it had to go through the wash twice. I asked for the manager on duty and he didn't seem to click that taking a car through twice was a waste of a customer's time. I explained that I had been bringing our four vehicles here for years and probably wouldn't be back. Response was do what you want! He clearly didn't want any customer feedback and doesn't care about repeat business.
Cons: Too busy, poor quality, Mgmt. doesn't care..
