I thought I'd try a new neighborhood salon, and after reading all the positive reviews, I went to Charles Elias Salon. NEVER AGAIN. I sat down to get my hair colored, cut, and highlighted at noon. The woman cutting and coloring my hair gave haircuts to THREE other clients while I was in the chair, often waiting for her to return. They threw in some moisturizing treatment for making me wait. Not enough.
