my basement had 3ft of water in it! after it was drained I called home depot to see what they could do for me. Teh employee was rude and very unhelpful. I looked up drexel's number, called, and talked to someone bout gettin my carpet replaced. Salesmen were professional, cordial, n gave me the best bargains they could. thanks guys
