I read many reviews about The Loft, and thought I'd give it a try. I am new to Colorado and have been doing my research on a good salon, since I don't know alot of people here. I scheduled and appointment with Sarah for a Saturday afternoon. 30 minutes prior to my appointment, I get a phone call, Sarah can't keep the appointment, due to her shoulder hurting. Understand...things happen. Rescheduled for Wednesday evening. I get a phone call Wednesday afternoon saying something came up with Sarah, and we need to reschedule. No thanks... Cancelling twice on a new client is not very good customer service in my opinion...I wish I would have been given the opportuntity to judge based on the service that was done, not on how I was treated prior to my appointment.
