I got my tattoo done by Oliver. He is kind of hard to get an appointment with because he travels between Ohio and Chicago because he is highly sought after, but he is WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!! He explains things each step of the way and patiently applies the tattoo at a pace that I could tolerate. He is very professional and considerate of one's anxiety. I highly recommend Oliver at Evolved. He is an incredible artist!!!!!!!
