Recently made a trip to nyc, went with my boyfriends sister, and she had been there for the past 20 years, had a great tour guide to say the least. We went into Century 21, and my god. This place was packed. Wall to wall people. So we went along and did our shopping, they had a lot of cahsiers working, needless to say they were not all friendly.. Lots of people working but no one wanted to help. Hope not all the stores are like this....
Pros: Great selection
Cons: Lots of people, and poor customer service
