Very good restaurant in Bellevue. I'm Italian and when my friends suggested risotto I wasn't sur eit was a good idea...It is nor easy to find a chef around Seattle that can produce a creamy risotto using Arborio rice! They did! It was perfect! Even the use of wine was absolutely impeccable in the dish (sometimes chefs around here thinks that since this is an Italian dish you have to get drunk eating it!!!). Highly recommended!!
