Ruby Tuesday's atmosphere has a modern "starbucks" feel to it. The colors are comfortable and so is the seatings. Their menu has definitely become more progressive over the years I have been eating there. They bring new items that you don't always see everywhere else. Recently they are offering Lobster macaroni and cheese, which was rich and delicious. I like their vegetarian dishes and the flexibility to adjust the menu to meet your needs. I like the fact you can substitute creamy cauliflower for french fries. Their hand made teas have real fruit and they will adjust the sweetness to your desired test. They come in mango and peach just to a name a couple and they give free refills and a cup to go if you ask. I think for 3.49 it is a value, just be careful not to fill up on the tea. They just came out with a watermelon fizz that looks good. I will try it next time. The deserts are good also. Although I will not order the tiramisu because It had a alcohol after taste, i didn't throw it away either. I did fall in love with the dense Italian creme cake that my wife ordered. The chocolate lava is standard, but good also. The appetizers are good and I enjoyed the non fried asian dumplings with the sesame sauce. You will get your money worthy and for a chain it is really a delicious place to eat.
