So take your everyday chinese takeout joint (and I mean a good one) and replace everything on the menu with nothing but vegan and gourmet ingredients and there you got Green Sprout. Let me not beat around the bush and tell you I love this place. I'm not a devout vegan, but it doesnt matter, the food is the bomb. I had the empire chicken with the curry spring roll as an appetizer, and a mango bubble tea to accompany it. I had no complaints, the server was very helpful even though the service wasnt as fast as I would have liked it to be. It's not an upscale place, just your regular chinese joint with regular chinese joint prices and food that is fresh, well cooked and vegan. And trust me when I say that you don't need to be a vegan to like it.
