I am so glad I have found a workout that I can enjoy and NEVER get bored! I truly love all the classes! I've been there only two weeks and signed up for a 3 month membership (which I'm sure I'll turn into a year membership). The instructors are phenomenal and truly great at their jobs!!! The classes are fun, the women there are fun and it's a place where you can really let your hair down! Plus, it's very beneficial to us and our men!
I'd recommend the classes and studio without hesitation!
Pros: Great workout, great instructors, very beneficial
Cons: Can't think of any!
