I was positive that the starter relay on my Suzuki was the problem and reason why it wouldn't start. I drove over to Apache Mesa, and asked for a new starter relay. They asked me what my bike was and what was wrong with it. I told them and they said my starter relay was fine, but it was my battery that needed to be replaced. I was a little bit skeptic, but they insisted that I buy a new battery, put it in, and call them back to see if it worked or not. I got back home and replaced the battery and my bike was working again! The knowledge of the staff at Apache is astounding. They could have just let me buy the wrong part, but they knew what the problem was and told me. That is what I call customer service.
