Mary Manor Estates is a lovely Park with an incredible sence of community. The owner seems to geniunely care about the park and it's residents. The park manager on the other hand is a complete and utter ass. He looks for problems, and if he can't find one... he'll create one. He thrives off intimitating residents, yet when called upon to do his actual duties he disappears.
