We contacted Lucas to help make our home system already installed much easier to use. The original home system worked but was too complicated and needed adjustment too often. The TV was misplaced and needed relocation, the system was not laid out properly, and we needed an easier control system. The bid included making two other smaller systems work better.
Pros: On time, below budgeted estimate, delivered results
Cons: Wished we would have had them help earlier!
