I have used Prestige Plumbing for a number of jobs, from faucets to shower heads to hot water heaters, and they have always been excellent. We have used them for a number of years without ever having a problem.
They do arrive within the scheduled time that they give. They also give a 30 minute phone call when they are on their way. If you can't take a half day from work, and work near your house, this is very convenient.
