I was recently a customer of Poffie Girls for my wedding gown. I just wanted to let everyone know what great customer service I received. I came in after another appointment at a nearby dress shop and wow, what a difference! From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. Sara was my bridal consultant and she was fantastic. She listened to all my questions/concerns, eased my mind, and made it such a fun experience. I found a dress I fell in love with, however, I did not purchase it that day. Since it was the first day I was out shopping, I wanted to continue to shop around and make sure it was ""the one"". I continued to shop around for a few weeks at numerous shops, and tried on tons of dresses. Still, nothing compared to Poffie Girls. They had best customer service, friendliest staff, and best stock of dresses out of all the bridal shops I visited. I ended up going back and ordering my dress without a doubt in my mind. Poffie Girls even price matched another bridal shop for my dress. Everything, from picking out the dress, finding accessories, to fittings with the alterations department was wonderful. Thank you Poffie Girls for providing excellent service and making my experience the best it could possibly be. It will truly be remembered.
