We had Family Heating and Cooling install a Space Pak central air system in our house a few years ago. The service they provided was wonderful, the guys were very polite and clean. We recently had our air go out during the hot/humid spell. I called them first thing in the morning and they told me that they were very busy and that they could have someone come over the next day to fix it. I am pregnant and on bed rest, and my husband was concerned about me being in the house with the heat and humidity. He called to tell them and see if there was anything they could do. They said they couldn't - they would come the next day. But, two hours later, they called me and said that they were trying to rework their schedule so they could help me out and they did! They sent someone that afternoon. He was very nice and friendly, quickly found the issue and fixed it. We have recommended them to our friends and will continue to - they know what service means!
