For the pick up they were 1 hour late, no apologies. For my return flight, which was at 12:05a.m., they left me stranded at the airport with no way to get home. I contacted them upon my arrival and after I got my luggage from baggage claim, they told me someone would come for me within 20 min. A gentleman showed up but took others and said he didn't have room for me, but would be back in 20 min. I waited 30 min, no one came, so I called Super Shuttle. They told me someone would be there shortly. This went on until 1:30am, when I called the final time and was told there were no more vans running and I needed to find another way home. This is appalling and when I called to complain and tell them I would never use their service again, the customer service rep told me ""it doesn't matter because we have so many customers anyway"". Horrible.
Pros: none what-so-ever!
