I purchased a 2009 used vehicle and during the discussion was the problem that there was only 1 key. What happens if I get locked out? They wouldn't budge. I asked for a second key, they refused. Finally they relented for me to go get one made and they would reimburse when I brought the receipt back. Well, I specifically asked for a key that would open the door and start it (not a key fob with keyless entry since I knew that would be more expensive). When I returned with the receipt, they refused to pay more than $5 saying that they only agreed to a ""dummy key"". In total the key cost $145, which in comparison to the thousands I just spent is nothing. Come on, I just bought a car from you for over $13k, and Universal Ford can't spare $140 more to get me a second key. I am not impressed. Get everything in writing because they aren't interested in customer service or keeping their word.
Pros: has the car I wanted
Cons: Not interested in making customer happy
