I just realized that BMW of Manhattan charges 20% restocking fee for any returns. All they need to do is walk 4m from counter to storage area and bring the item which I guess would take less than 2 minutes. Should they had to bring from warehouse I would have understood, but this is not a normal parts department. What kind of Sh**t is that? I checked the price online for the same item, with exact part & manufacturer and BMW of Manhattan price is about 40% higher. I have bought parts from them several times with reasonable price, but this time they really screwed. I will never buy from these guys again. The guy I used to see is not there anymore, and the new guy talked to me as if he was an architect of BMW machines. Customer service was not nice.
