I was picking up food that I ordered. I was charged 48.97 for only three dishes with fried wontons and four eggs rolls. I did not pick up the order. I called back to see why it was so expensive. Frist, i was put on hold. Then when I asked the prices before taxes. I was told in a snotty manner to go to the website. I checked the prices on the website. I added everything there was no way that I got up to 48.97. I even tried for the dinners specials. I called back again. The Manager answered and put me on hold again. I had to drive down to the place. When i was still telling her that I was overcharged. She was arguing the it was correct. We finally she acted surprised when I said the amount to her. She thought I was saying $38.97. Then she was sorry about me being over charged. The only problem is that I have been a customer for 10 plus years. i could not believe that she treated me so crappy. I have no reason to lie about the pricing. She would not even help me over the phone. She said it was busy in there. That why there was a mistake. When I went to the place there was no one in there. Plus, when the food was picked up by another person it was not even busy then. Well, CHINA WALL.... YOU LOSE A CUSTOMER THAT HAD BEEN WITH YOU 10 PLUS YEARS. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
