I was ripped off by a Yellow Cab driver! I didn't get the car number, and neither the dispatcher, nor the supervisor could give it to me, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE CAB. The supervisor was very sweet, but could not help because the driver would not answer his phone. WTF? This A**hole got paid, and even tipped(though the tip was thrown in his face along with some rather salty language), but I will never use Yellow Cab again. Why? Because the very nice supervisor couldn't give a flying f*ck at a rolling doughnut that I was ripped off, there is no reliable means of complaint, and the only way to actually get even with these turds is to leave them nothing but a steaming pile in the back seat. No matter who you call - DO NOT USE YELLOW CAB!
