I had a first rate experience with J&H - they have been working on our cars for awhile and usually my husband handles taking the vehicles in so when John immediately knew who i was from my last name and vehicle it made things so much easier! He was helpful and went out of his way to keep me informed about what was going on with the repairs and to keep the overall cost contained as much as possible.
