My appointment was changd from Friday to Thursday, 7/22 @ 10:40 AM. the day change was okay except I wasnn't seen until 11:15 AM. Too long of a wait. never a problem with the Friday appointments. I understand the business need to shut down Friday operations but the office wait is annoying.
