I dropped off the car to have a number of things done - both under the hood and "body" work to the driver's side door and trunk. Car was in shop for approx. 3 days. One item, the trunk, was not fixed, though I was charged for the work. I am taking the car back to get the trunk fixed or, I am assuming, getting some money back. The personnel are, as always, accommodating and helpful. After three or four visits, I would have to say this was the first slightly disappointing one. more
