I booked a move with Key Moving based on the good reviews here. I scheduled Key Moving to move my daughter from Durham to Louisiana. They assured me that they could handle a national move. They were trying to get into the national market. 5 days before the move, Susan at Key Moving sent me an email and canceled the move. Broken truck and "strained scheduling." NIGHTMARE!!! I am in a huge bind. Horrible experience. Stay Away!
