Stop cruising craig's list, apartmentfinder, etc...and pick up the phone and call Natalie Young at A+. She is awesome! A friend referred me to her after seeing me struggle for a few months to find the perfect place.
Natalie not only found me the perfect place with mostly everything I was needing, but she did it with all an incredible amount of constraints (move in within 2 weeks, close to downtown, under $750, etc...) She was excellent!
She also didn't drag me all around town as I've experienced before. She really did her research and helped me get my new place within days.
